产品说明
凭借即用型SSL肉汤培养基能培养无酒精饮料中的酸容性微生物，如乳酸菌、醋酸菌、酵母菌和霉菌。即使是样品量较大的SSL肉汤培养基也可进行用于OFS琼脂上检测的预提取。
基于橙血清琼脂的即用型OFS琼脂可对例如果汁和浓缩果汁中的酸容性微生物进行定量检测。
SSL肉汤培养基和OFS琼脂具有以下应用优势：
- 即用型—可直接用作液态介质或将琼脂在瓶中液化
- 具有通用性—可单独或与琼脂组合，用作选择性提取
